Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

You can confirm your digital services over the phone when you make a purchase. Any issues or problems related to digital services should be notified to us.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, we will try to do the corrections free of cost, or we will issue a full refund within the first seven days of that purchase to the customer. The 30-day refund, return, and exchange offers are only valid for the physical products.
